Emergency Medication Refill

Your primary care provider (PCP) and specialists know you best and they are the individuals responsible for refilling ALL prescriptions for chronic conditions. However, we understand that things happen. If you need medication(s) refilled, we’ll take care of it! If you would like to schedule a telehealth appointment with one of our providers, please follow these quick and easy steps.

NOTE: we will refill up to six (6) medications, and we cannot refill controlled substances of any kind (i.e., narcotics, benzodiazepines, NDRIs, etc.). Please have your medication containers available during your telehealth visit for confirmation of dosage and frequency.
